2. Scope of Work

This Statement of Work outlines a 3-week implementation engagement focused on improving DINX Social Club's digital visibility and search performance across Google, AI-powered search tools, and local search surfaces.

Week 1: Demand Mapping & Foundation

  • Local keyword research across Highland Park and North Shore communities
  • Search intent mapping by revenue category (lessons, open play, events, golf, corporate)
  • Review current site structure, metadata, headings, and conversion paths
  • Analytics setup and conversion tracking
  • Prioritized implementation plan based on demand and booking value

Week 2: Core SEO Implementation

  • Optimize existing high-priority pages for target keywords
  • Update titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking
  • Technical improvements for crawlability and performance
  • Content improvements and CTA alignment

Week 3: Expansion & Visibility

  • Build new high-intent landing pages (local area pages, service-specific pages)
  • Local SEO signal strengthening
  • AI visibility optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar tools
  • Final review and recommendations handoff

3. Deliverables

  • Full keyword and search demand research document
  • Technical SEO audit and recommendations
  • Optimized existing pages (implemented directly in CMS)
  • New landing pages for high-intent search categories
  • Analytics and conversion tracking setup
  • AI visibility audit and optimization
  • Final summary and ongoing recommendations

4. Timeline

The engagement will begin within 5 business days of signed agreement and payment receipt. Total duration is approximately 3 weeks from kickoff. Weekly check-ins will be scheduled to review progress and gather feedback.

5. Investment

Founding Partner Rate

Payment due upon signing. 50% due at signing, 50% due at completion is available upon request.

Optional: Monthly Growth Support

$750$500/month

Includes ongoing monitoring, monthly optimization, strategy calls, and priority support. No long-term commitment required.

6. Terms & Conditions

  • Ownership: All deliverables and implementations become the property of DINX Social Club upon completion and full payment.
  • Access: Client will provide necessary access to website CMS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
  • Communication: Primary communication via email and scheduled calls. Response time within 1 business day.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep project details and business information confidential.
  • Revisions: Reasonable revisions included within scope. Major scope changes may require additional discussion.
